In two new buildings next to each other there are a total of 6 apartments surrounded by pine trees on two sides and an olive grove on the third side. Each villa has one penthouse and two duplex apartments. All apartments have a dedicated parking space for 3 cars, their own utility metering and also their own entrance. The apartments are only 100 m from the famous St. Peter's beach. The apartments are separated from the sea only by a pine grove, which has a permanent ban on construction, guaranteeing a lifetime of peace and exclusivity of the villas.The upper apartment D3 is spread over a total of three floors. There is a toilet with washbasin near the living room, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Selected tiles again in high quality from the Italian manufacturer Panaria, sanitary ware from the German brand Villeroy & Boch. In the kitchen and living room is used yellow Benkovač stone. The outdoor areas and especially the terraces are then lined with white, high quality Brač stone. For the record, the same stone was used for the cladding of the white house in Washington. The stone on the island of Brač is distinguished by its high whiteness.

A new asphalt road will soon be built around both villas. This will be built by the local municipality, and the developer has already paid the obligatory contribution for the construction of this infrastructure. At the same time, a municipal sewage system will also be built. The connection of the apartments is technically ready.
